You have the right to return your purchases. If you wish to return an item, you are required to write us within 14 days of receiving it and return it to us within the next 14 days.

The responsibility of the product is in the hands of the customer as soon as the customer receives it. Therefore you assume full responsibility of the return and condition of the product.

You are free to unpack and try any item, the same way you would in a physical store. However, to be eligible for a full refund, all returned items must be unused and in the same condition as you received it, tags included. Any item not in its original condition, damaged items or items missing parts for reasons not due to our error will only grant a partial refund. The price for original shipping will be included in a refund. Shipping costs for returning an item will not be included in a refund.

Custom made items cannot be refunded or exchanged once the order is placed.

To return an item, please send us an email at stating your order number, and the reason for your return. Also, please fill out the enclosed return form. If you have lost the return form, you may always request a new one by contacting

Once your package reaches the warehouse, please allow 3 to 7 working days (depending on peak times) for your return to be processed.



To exchange your item for another item (other size or product), please state your new order on the return form. Once your return is received and accepted, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and start processing your new order.



To have a refund, please state this on the return form. Once your return is received, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. When accepted, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.


Late or missing refunds

The time needed to process your refund may vary based on the payment method used. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning or exchanging your item.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping expensive items you may want to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.



All products bought on are covered by 24 months warranty, according to the Danish Sale of Goods Act. This covers claims due to faults and defects on the product (not caused by normal wear and tear or improper care).
